Kourtney Kardashian is currently pregnant with her fourth child, which she is expecting with her partner Travis Barker. The couple made the official announcement during a Blink-182 concert in June. Kourtney held up a sign that said, "Travis, I'm pregnant," paying homage to the band's "All the Small Things" music video. Just a week later, they revealed that they are expecting a baby boy through a rock 'n' roll-themed sex reveal party at their home in California. Kourtney shared photos from the event on Instagram with the caption, "Little drummer boy coming soon."

Although this will be their first child together, both Kourtney and Travis have children from previous relationships. Kourtney shares three children, Mason (13), Penelope (10), and Reign (8), with her ex-partner Scott Disick. Travis shares two children, Landon (19) and Alabama (17), with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Additionally, Moakler has a daughter named Atiana (24) from her previous relationship with Oscar De La Hoya

During a Blink-182 show in June, Kourtney was seen backstage flaunting her baby bump while wearing a green dress. She also shared a picture in June of herself wearing a string bikini while waiting for the arrival of her fourth child.
